   of pressure or drive

3.then you will need discipline it

   does't matter how you feel you 

   must focus on the topic

4.then you will need isolation,

   no media of any kind, and this must

   be the first thing of your day-

   you need a clean slate 

5 THEN CAPTURE THE IDEA WHILE IT IS       STILL FRESH 

6 then you will achieve harmony
