 Natures way: start the day with a bowl of mixed fruit  food as nature intended, no radio , tele,or papers ,just  sights , sounds,  tastes,  just you and world as you find it,  give yourself a break set yourself free , the media can come later.Enjoy your beautiful blue planet it didn't cost you a penny for at least an hour in the morning.

or classical music on radio 4 can be relaxing.

THATS FOR LATER , take a slice of seeded malted bread , HOVIS SEED SENSATION IS PERFECT, add some butter, fold over and eat , its delicious, nutritious , no cooking  it fills you up -well two slices do- its very easy to prepare and cheep. ITs ALWAYS THERE WHEN YOU NEED IT- WRAP IT AND PUT IT IN YOUR POCKET , AND TAKE IT WITH YOU IF YOU NEED TO ! it used to be on a side plate, not posh enough for tele these days , A GOOD SNACK FOR 10P !

                      THE EARTH

to argue that THE EARTH has to be at 

geometrical centre OF OUR SOLAR SYSTEM to be at the centre is to miss the point , the issue is what the earth is the centre of. 

   PLANET EARTh is the centre, because it is the centre of life in our solar system , all the other planets are dead planets. it follows the bible is quite correct , the scientists have made the mistake of defining EARTH  only in GEOMETRIC TERMS putting the sun at the centre of our solar system however the earth is just the right distance from the sun for life to thrive .THE EARTH THEREFORE IS THE LIVING  CENTRE OF OUR SOLAR SYSTEM.this is an historic argument , and the church is obviously right ! there is more to creation than maths,and geometry -its about life NOT DEAD PLANETS.

 TIME THEREFORE DOES NOT EXIST IN SPACE ONLY IN THE OBJECTS THEMSELVES - OBJECTS ARE CAPSULES OF TIME AND CAN THEREFORE CHANGE AND THAT IS A KEY -FOR AN OBJECT TO AGE IT MUST CHANGE IN SOME WAY .

OBJECTS WHICH INCLUDES MAN,THIS FORCE REMAINS IT IS TIMELESS AND THEREFORE NEVER AGES. IT IS THIS FACT THAT GIVES THE UNIVERSE ITS

and for poleticians never put young mothers at disadvantage in society because she  is poor , give her all the help she needs to learn new skills she will need in our modern society and her child a level playing field on which to compete ,young women must never be put at a disadvantage because of this extra responsibility  god puts on them.quite the opposite extra help when needed.

marriage takes many forms a happy event indeed but different it is the will of man and God and takes many forms the will of god takes only one form LOVE.

i believe the church does not do enough for young mothers the church is too preoccupied with the ideal-when the ideal costs a lot of money.
