PRUNES , GRAPES, STRAWBERRIES.KIWI FRUITS WALLNUTS, PEARS, PINNEAPLE ,APPLE, BANANA ,

GRAPEFRUIT ,OR ORAGE PIECES, ADD MORE DIFFERENT FRUITS EG BLUEBERRIES. IF ROOM

   Its 7.30 in the morning , the fruit must be ripe for the magic to work .I usually start with prunes(Del Monte are perfect) the seedless grapes ,then the strawberries , kiwi fruits ,wallnuts, pears -if ripe they just melt in your mouth-and then the pineapple -the juice of a ripe pineapple is exquisite -a few pieces of crunchy apple , then the banana pieces to build up the carbohydrates ,orange pieces yet more fresh juice, then I always save the best till last - the grapefruit chunks -I  can just get one in my mouth at a time ,where  they just explode with juice - its like giving your mouth a cold shower every morning, fresh and natural as nature intended food to be .

          After that my friend you can take on the world up to about 11 am! When you may need an energy top up.
